Learn the basics involved in renting out a residential home properly.
 
Are you a new landlord? Do you want to learn the basics involved in renting out a residential home in California? Learn the landlord/tennant law basics you should be aware of, including an overview of issues you need to know before you rent, during the tenancy, and between tenants.Students will learn practical tips and will receive a workbook as well as templates for a tenant application, mandatory FCRA disclosure form to give to tenant applicants, a basic lease, and a walk-through property condition inspection form. The $20 materials fee is included in the cost of the course.  We have student parking in level P2 located underground at the Cesar E Chavez Campus at 1901 Main Street. To access the underground parking, head south on Main St. and turn right into the driveway behind the campus.  We also have a parking structure located at 1902 National Ave. Permits are required for both places. Permits are free for students and are available at the campus. Parking permits are not required for Saturday classes.
