Are you starting a new online business as an Internet solopreneur? Many entrepreneurs are starting their own businesses as affiliate marketers, online trainers, online life coaches, online personal trainers, authors, stars, bloggers, consultants, social media managers, and related ventures. This class will take you through the checklist that every such start-up company should navigate when starting their online business. This is solopreneurs with no employees and a home office selling intangible virtual goods. Will include a discussion of copyright, trademarks, privacy laws, joint venture agreements, hiring virtual staff, hiring over-seas contractors, insurance, entity selection (LLC vs Corporation etc.). This is an overview course for high level but is not a substitute for legal advice and may not cover all industries. The $20 material fee is included in the cost of the course.
