Materials Fees for Menu Planning
This "class" is for the payment of materials fees for the Menu Planning class, CRN 5937C only. Materials fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only if the class is cancelled by the District. Materials fees will be prorated from $100 to $50 beginning the week of July 20th, 2017. Students who are pursuing the Food Preparation for the Health Care Professional Job Training/Certificate program must complete a minimum of 72 hours in each of the following courses: Eat for a Healthy Lifestyle (72 hours) Nutrition Basics (72 hours) Time-Saving Cooking (72 hours) Menu Planning (72 hours) For information on this class, go to Under "Job Training/Certificate Programs", select "Culinary and Bakeshop Academy." and click  Please see Health Career Training for program information. for program specific information. Orientation is required prior to enrollment. Visit to sign up for an orientation.  To register for this class, go to the class and register with the instructor. DO NOT pay the materials fee until you have registered for the class. Plan to attend all classes to help ensure the class will be held.
