This course introduces the student to basic and essential Spanish vocabulary and grammar in a practical and useful way. Learn greetings, asking for information, ordering food, and traveling and shopping language skills. Both conversation and grammar will be taught. This course is for students who already exhibit the following prerequisite skills: knowledge of score keeping and basic rules for singles and doubles,ability to serve with moderate consistency and to sustain a ground strokes rally of slow to moderate pace, and some experience with net volleys. Students have the opportunity to continue practicing the proper techniques and strategies associated with intermediate tennis. Emphasis will be placed on refining technical skills, knowledge, strategies, and rules. Bring racquet and new can of balls to the first class.

 This class provides the student with an opportunity to refine, perfect and elaborate on the more complicated moves and isolations learned in the beginner class.  Intermediate moves and layering techniques are introduced and students practice these moves in a hands on setting. Special attention is given to smooth transitions, arm patterns and improvisation. This level includes instructor led choreography with fun dance combinations and drills designed to improve dance technique.  This class is exciting, dynamic and challenging.
